Kids Classes

At this time, kids classes are held outside.
The goal of the kids classes are to:

-Increase strength, agility, coordination, and stamina.
-Introduce and improve basic exercise movements such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, planks.
-Create a nice foundation for learning more complex exercise movements.
– Provide a safe, clean and fun environment.
-support a healthy mindset toward leading a healthy lifestyle through exercise.

New Session: February 1 – March 12

6-Week Session 

We now have two kids programs available!

Advanced Kids Class, twice a week:

Mondays and Wednesdays: 4:15-5:05pm

Beginner Kids Class, twice a week:

Wednesdays and Fridays: 3:15pm-4:05pm

Beginner: Age 5-10yr

In the beginner class, we focus on all of the above goals plus the building blocks for being successful in the advanced group. All kids that are new to the program will either need to start in the beginner class or sign up for a skills assessment in order to move up.

Advanced: Age 8-12

In the advanced class, we again focus on all of the above goals but will utilize more equipment and light weight use such as: barbells, dumbbells, balls, boxes, and rowing machines. This group should already have a good sense of what exercise movements are.
