Kids Classes

The goal of the kids classes are to:

-Increase strength, agility, coordination, and stamina.
-Introduce and improve basic exercise movements such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, planks.
-Create a nice foundation for learning more complex exercise movements.
– Provide a safe, clean and fun environment
-support a healthy mindset toward leading a healthy lifestyle through exercise.

Session Details

Session 1: June 22-July 22 (5 weeks)

2xweek $150
MW: 10:30-11:20am (age 5-7)
WF: 1:45-2:45pm (age 8-12)

2xweek $100
MW: 3:30-4:00 (age 3.5-5yr)

Session 2:
July 27-Aug 28 (5 weeks)
